Because you entrusted our company’s service and products, we will honor your decision by providing you an eighteen month workmanship guarantee on all work and service we provide. Any product you purchase as a customer of ours, entitles you to the manufacturer warranties. We’re great pride and stand behind all the brands we sale; that’s why we will extend our hands to you long after the job is completed, by warranting any product purchased form us up to ninety days over the manufacturer warranty; we feel that the installation and workmanship should go hand in hand.
After the testing and approval of the installation, by you our customer Pro Hands will guarantee the workmanship for up to eighteen months. This warranty only applies to the labor (product warranties are not included in the workmanship guarantee).
If labor shall prove to be defective within eighteen months after date of completion, Pro Hands will make repairs at its own cost and expense. The warranty will be null and void if it is determined that a repair is required due to negligence, misuse, or abuse on the behalf of the Client and/or end Customer, act of God, or performance of work at the site by a party other than Pro Hands Companies.
